MEMBERSHIP POLICY

After your purchase has been approved, I will process your order. Orders are typically processed within one hour but could take as long as 24 hours to complete and process. The payment can also be pending for a more extended period, depending on the payment method. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email about your order using the email address you provided on the order form.

This email serves as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access your membership.

The membership provides digital products that can be downloaded from my website are closely monitored to ensure you are able to access your products successfully.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

I stand behind my products and your satisfaction with them is extremely important to me. However, because most of my products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, I generally offer no refunds or exchanges on digital products. This is due to the product being delivered upon confirmation of purchase.

If you change your mind about your membership purchase and you have not downloaded any of the membership materials, I will happily issue you a refund upon your request. (Within 24 hours of you purchasing the membership)

Orders made due to a lack of research about the product will not be granted.

Refund requests made after you have downloaded the product will not be granted, and any requests must be made within 24 hours of the original order.
